How to extract a part of the matched substring using regexp in TCL. The substring may be present any number of times

Sample string - "hi dan hjtyyt hi jack sdasdas hi frank"

I want to extract the first word immediately present after hi for all the matches.

So the result should give me the words dan, jack, frank.
