how access to slqce database via GUID folder in code C#, without using tools?

i want copy my file database from cell phone application to PC application and after update it , i relocated it to before isolate folder. please just help me by coding c#. i do not want use tools. or give me connection string that can directly access to isolated folder from PC application using linq to sql.
