Elasticsearch: How can I require that a term appear at least x times in one querystring?

I'm searching querystrings in Elastic. If I search for "cat," I get any string that has the word "cat" in it, like "The orange cat." However, if I search for "cat cat cat" I still get "The orange cat." I need a way to only get back results that have the word cat in it at least x times, like "I have a cat, she has a cat, but he does not have a cat." Is this possible?
